We are currently seeking a highly motivated, full time Network Engineer / Tier 3 Support Specialist to provide outstanding service to our San Diego and Orange County client base. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Under the direct supervision of the Help Desk Manager, the Network Engineer / Tier 3 Support Specialist will provide on-site technical support for Noesis clients. Network Engineer / Tier 3 Support Specialist must be able to quickly and professionally identify, research, and resolve a wide range of issues relating to technology and computing systems. The Network Engineer / Tier 3 Support Specialist will serve as an “escalated point of contact” for in- house technical support needs. This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of 40 hours per week. The Network Engineer / Tier 3 Support Specialist must embrace the entrepreneurial spirit of our small, growing organization and possess high levels of self-initiative, accountability, and flexibility, coupled with a professional and strong work ethic. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of highly relevant, extensive, hands-on experience

  7. Active Directory management, upgrades 
  8. Azure / Active Directory Hybrid  
  9. Intune Windows 10 Management   
  10. Intune Management iPads / iPhones 
  11. Microsoft MECM (SCCM) / Azure CMG  
  12. Group Policy Management  
  13. PowerShell for Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure  
  14. Strong Scripting Skills including PowerShell and batch files  
  15. Windows 10 Install / configure / diagnostics   
  16. Windows 10 image creation and deployment  
  17. Network diagnostics skills (DNS, DHCP, Routing, Subnetting, Trace, etc.)  
  18. Cisco IOS switches, routers, VLANs, BGP, EIGRP, QoS, 802.1x, ACLs, etc. 
  19. All of Microsoft's operating systems with focus on Server 2008R2 -> 2019 
  20. Microsoft Exchange 2010, hybrid, upgrades 
  21. Windows server / Windows Roles / Features configuration, management, diagnostics  
  22. Windows Server versions 2008R2 -> 2019  
  23. Systems backups including Veeam 
  24. Systems patching, maintenance, upgrades and access control 
  25.  Strong working knowledge of all the components in Microsoft's Office suite  
  26. Experienced with ITIL/ Cobit 3 frameworks, creating work practices and policies  
  27. VMware vSphere 6.5  
  28. Dell/EMC Unity SAN, DataDomain 
  29. DNS management (DynDNS, OracleDNS, active failover) 
  30. Cisco AMP, Cisco Umbrella, Rapid7 IDR, Rapid7 IVM 
  31. SonicWall firewalls, HA
